Visit Theatres promotes opportunities to tour and experience the theatres of Great Britain, Ireland, the Netherlands and Belgium.

Visit Theatres is co-ordinated by Visit Theatres (Tours) Ltd.

We manage the Channel Route of the European Route of Historic Theatres, a project organised by PERSPECTIV - Association of Historic Theatres in Europe - and its partners in 2012 - 2017 with the support of the Culture Programme of the European Union. We were established with the support of The Theatres Trust in Great Britain and the Centre for Technical Theartre RITS, Erasmushogeschool, Brussels.

Our website provides information on how to visit individual theatres and find out more about theatre buildings' history, architecture, backstage and their development in both European and national contexts. It lists the tours available at each theatre and provides links to theatres databases and other theatre related information.
